We work hard to find boutique quality products that are unique, fun and functional all at the same time. 

Here at Coo & Company LLC we are just a couple of rural folks who know the value of working hard and investing into our local community!

We were tired of shopping the big box stores run by corporations who don't understand or share our values so we decided to open a multi-functional business starting with our small herd of Scottish Highland Cattle. We love the quiet country life and spending time on the farm where we can often be found working and tending to our herd.

At Coo & Company LLC we want to ensure that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. All orders under $100 will have a flat rate shipping cost of just $8.95.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We offer shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States Only. We are unable to ship International or Overseas at this time.

RETURNS
We understand that sometimes items may not fit or meet your expectations. We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase date. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.  Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
Returns must be approved before a refund will be issued. 
Contact us to initiate the return process.

If an item is received factory damaged we will gladly issue a refund in the form of original payment. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged merchandise. 

All items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
For hygiene purposes jewelry, socks, hair accessories,
slippers or any merchandise considered undergarments
are not eligible for return.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

If an item is received by Coo & Company LLC without approval or
does not meet the qualifications for a return
the buyer must purchase a return shipping label at actual cost to 
have the item sent back.  If the buyer does not wish to
have the items sent back the items will be donated to a local charity.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

SIZE GUIDE
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your size while shopping online. Especially when sizes vary between brands. We will make every effort possible to list accurate fit descriptions in our product listings. We try our best to cover as many size types as possible, however some of our vendors only carry limited sizes.

Most items will follow our standard size guide listed below:
Small: 0-4, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12, X-Large 14-16
